Withdrawal Information WebDollar offers several ways to efficiently withdraw funds from your WebDollar account. Just click on any of the withdrawal methods shown below to learn more about it. Please note that you do not need to request a withdrawal after each playing session. Your funds will always be securely stored in your WebDollar account until your next playing session. Your account is always protected by your personal login name and password. You may use your MasterCard to deposit funds into your WebDollar account, but MasterCard is currently unavailable for withdrawals by credit/debit card. As of January 1, 2004, VISA no longer allows customers in certain countries to withdraw funds back to their credit/debit cards. The WebDollar Cashier will automatically be adjusted to display all withdrawal alternatives that are currently available to you personally.
Card Transactions in Your Local Currency WebDollar allows you to process credit/debit card transactions in your local currency. WebDollar's currency converter manages more then 30 different currencies, and can be used for both card deposits and card withdrawals. Exchange rates are generated each weekday by Streamline International, a service provided by a member of The Royal Bank of Scotland. Reversing a Withdrawal Request If you have very recently requested a withdrawal that WebDollar has not yet processed, you can choose to cancel that request to keep the funds in your WebDollar account. A reversal will return the credits to your WebDollar account instantly. There is no fee involved. You will find the "Reverse Withdrawals" function under the "Deposit" tab in the WebDollar Cashier. On this page, you will see a list of requested withdrawals that you can still reverse if you wish. You may choose to reverse one or any number of the withdrawal requests that are listed. A reversed withdrawal will be indicated as "Reversed" on the comment line in your transaction log. |
